Onion Sauteed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. thighs
    vinegar
    onions
Preparation
    Take a package of chicken thighs and remove skin.
    Make 1 slice into the meat on top side of chicken.
    Soak chicken in vinegar. Can be soaked all day or 1 hour prior to cooking.
    Slice onions and place on top of chicken.
    Take frying pan and place chicken, vinegar and onions in pan.
    Add water, enough to cover top of chicken.
    Boil slowly until chicken is done.
    Gives chicken a tangy taste.
    Serve with anything.
