Play Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/2 c. salt
1 Tbsp. cream of tartar
1 c. water
few drops food coloring in the water

Preparation

Combine ingredients in a pot.
Stir until thick.
Form into a ball and store in a covered container in your refrigerator.
