Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

potatoes
salt
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
1 c. mashed potatoes
1 c. evaporated milk
1/2 stick melted butter or margarine
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Preparation

Boil potatoes and salt.
Mix all ingredients.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350\u00b0, then bake 40 minutes.
This will make 1 pie.
