Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 cup sugar
    2/3 cup pumpkin
    3/4 cup flour
    1 tsp lemon juice
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp ginger
    1/2 tsp nutmeg
    2 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 cup nuts, finely chopped
Preparation
    Beat eggs 5 minutes.
    Add sugar, pumpkin and lemon juice.
    Sift dry ingredients and fold in.
    Spread on jellyroll pan.
    Sprinkle with nuts.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Turn out onto towel.
    Spread with filling. Roll and allow to stand for 1 hour before serving.
