Green Pepper And Italian Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 to 12 Italian sausages
    1 (1 lb. 13 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 can water
    4 to 6 green peppers, quartered
    2 to 3 onions, quartered
Preparation
    Brown sausage.
    Add tomato sauce and about half of the water. Cover and simmer 1/2 hour.
    Add green pepper and onion.
    Cover; simmer 1 hour.
    Add more water if too thick.
    Serve on rolls.
