Yogurt And Cucumber Salad Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small cucumber
1 c. plain yogurt
1 Tbsp. salad oil
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. dill weed
Preparation

Peel cucumber. Cut in half and remove seeds. Grate enough cucumber to measure 1 cup.
Press cucumber between paper towels to remove excess moisture.
Place yogurt in small bowl.
Mix in salt, garlic powder and dill weed. Drizzle oil over yogurt and mix well. Stir in cucumber. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving. Store, covered, in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
