Roast Beef With Horseradish Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. boneless roast
    1 carrot
    1 leek
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 qt. water
    2 Tbsp. shortening or oleo
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. Kraft horseradish sauce
    1 pt. water or milk
Preparation
    Boil beef, carrot, leek and salt in 1 1/2-quarts water until tender.
    Remove beef and cut into thick sliess.
    Place on serving dish and add the sauce to each slice.
