Baked Spinach Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 (10 oz. each) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
2 c. herb stuffing mix
2 medium onions, finely chopped
5 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Cook spinach according to package directions. Drain thoroughly, using hands to squeeze out excess liquid.
Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine spinach with remaining ingredients.
Stir to mix completely. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls.
Place on cookie sheet and bake 15 minutes. Serve warm.
Makes 10 dozen.
