Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium size sweet potatoes boiled and mashed
    3 eggs
    1 can milk
    1/2 stick butter or margarine
    1 c. sugar to taste
    1/2 cup flour
    1 bag marshmallow
    1 tsp. lemon or vanilla flavor
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 box raisins
    1 can crushed pineapple drained
Preparation
    Mix well or use mixer. Blend sweet potatoes, milk, butter, sugar, salt, lemon or vanilla flavor, cinnamon, and flour together, stir into mixture 5/6 marshmallows, raisins and pineapple.\tPlace batter in baking dish bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
    Remove
    from oven and place marshmallow on top.
    Cook for an additional 10 minutes.
