Apricot Salad Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. apricot Jell-O
    1/2 c. sugar
    14 oz. crushed pineapple
    1 c. grated carrots
    1 c. chopped pecans (nuts)
    13 1/2 oz. Cool Whip
    8 oz. cream cheese
    12 oz. can apricot nectar
Preparation
    Heat crushed pineapple with sugar.
    Mix Jell-O powder into hot pineapple.
    Soften cream cheese and mix into apricot nectar.
    Add to pineapple mixture.
    Add carrots and pecans.
    Fold into Cool Whip.
    Mold in Bundt pan or mold of your choice.
    Freeze.
