Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sugar
    2 c. vinegar
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 1/2 c. mango
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 large can drained sauerkraut
    1 large can bean sprouts
Preparation
    Boil sugar and vinegar 5 minutes and cool.
    Add onions, mango, celery, sauerkraut and bean sprouts.
    Chill overnight.
    Keeps well.
