Jo'S Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    3 whole English muffins
    2 small cans mild chopped chilies
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    10 eggs
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook sausage; drain and set aside.
    Butter split muffins and lay buttered side down in a 9 x 12-inch casserole dish sprayed with Pam.
    Sprinkle with chilies, Swiss cheese and half of sausage.
    Combine eggs and sour cream and pour over top with remaining sausage and Cheddar cheese.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Remove from refrigerator.
    Let stand for 1/2 hour. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
    Serves 12 to 15.
