Italian Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
    1 egg
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, 3/4 of the tomato sauce, egg, 3/4 tsp. oregano, salt & pepper.
    After mixed pat mixture on a piece of wax paper into a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick. Sprinkle with the Mozzarella cheese.
    Roll up starting on short side by lifting the paper slightly.
    Continue lifting and peeling to finish the roll.
    Seal the edges and place in a loaf pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour or until done.
    Combine the remaining 1/4 of the sauce & oregano and pour over loaf 15 minutes prior to being done.
