Hot Chicken Salad(Serves 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. chicken, cut up
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2/3 c. toasted almonds
    3/4 c. salad dressing
    1 tsp. salt
    1 small jar pimentos
    2 c. chopped celery
    1 c. sharp cheese, grated
    4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    1 1/2 c. potato chips, crushed
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except potato chips and almonds.
    Put into a greased 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
    Top with chips and almonds.
    Refrigerate overnight or bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
