Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar
    1 chopped medium onion
    1 1/2 c. croutons or bread crumbs
    1/4 c. margarine
    milk
Preparation
    Remove stems and clean mushroom ribs.
    Chop.
    Add onion and saute for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Add crumbs and enough milk needed to keep mixture together.
    Add cheese; stuff mushroom caps.
    Line baking pan with foil.
    Arrange mushrooms in pan.
    Bake 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serve hot.
