Red Skin Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. red potatoes
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    2 eggs
    1 celery stalk, cubed
    garlic powder
    salt and pepper
    1 whole carrot, cubed
    1/2 small onion, chopped
    paprika
Preparation
    Cut potatoes into chunks and steam or boil until begin to get soft, but not mushy.
    Leave skins on or peel if desired.
