Sausage And Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. Italian sausage (hot or mild)
1 onion, sliced
2 bell peppers, sliced
1 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
-
Brown sausage in olive oil; set aside.
Lightly saute bell peppers and onion in the same pan.
Cut sausage into bite-size pieces.
Return to pan; mix with peppers and onion.
Can be served over rice or as an hors d'oeuvre.
