Hot Dog Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground chuck
1 onion, chopped fine
1 to 1 1/2 c. grated cabbage
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 to 1 1/2 tsp. chili powder (to suit taste)
salt to taste
1 qt. canned tomatoes or 1 pt. tomatoes
1 pt. tomato juice
Preparation

Brown ground chuck and onion together.
Add remaining ingredients.
Put in a 300\u00b0 oven to cook down.
The sauce should be very thick and smooth.
The longer you can bake it, the smoother the taste.
