Congealed Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked, diced chicken
2 hard-boiled eggs
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
1 3/4 c. cranberry juice
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. salted nuts
1 pkg. raspberry gelatin
Preparation
-
Heat cranberry juice and pour over gelatin and cool.
Press other ingredients into the bottom of the mold and pour gelatin mixture over it.
Chill until firm.
