Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Wesson oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. chopped apples
    1 c. nuts
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cloves
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Cream together the sugar, eggs and oil.
    Mix dry ingredients together.
    Add vanilla, apples and nuts.
    Bake in a slightly greased Bundt pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    Cool in pan for 5 minutes.
    Turn cake onto platter.
    Slice.
    Store any leftovers in a sealed container.
