Cream Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. boiling water
    1 c. flour
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Add shortening to water and bring to a boil. Add flour all at once and stir until ball forms in center of pan.
    Add unbeaten eggs, one at a time, beating well after each egg.
    Shape on oiled cookie sheet. Bake 15 minutes in hot oven at 450\u00b0.
    Reduce temperature to moderate 350\u00b0 and bake for 30 minutes or until done. Fill with cream filling, ice cream or whipped cream.
