Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3 slices bread
1/2 c. sugar
raisins (if desired)
Preparation

Lightly grease casserole.
Beat eggs thoroughly with sugar. Slowly add milk and vanilla.
Pour into casserole dish.
Butter both sides of bread and break into pieces.
Place on top of mixture in casserole and sprinkle with nutmeg or cinnamon.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 in a shallow pan of water.
