Deluxe Mash Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 to 10 medium red potatoes
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. melted butter
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1/4 c. fresh chives
1 1/2 tsp. salt
paprika
Preparation

Boil potatoes; mash and set aside.
Beat cream cheese until smooth; add rest of ingredients, except paprika.
Beat until smooth.
Add to potatoes and beat well.
Pour into lightly greased casserole dish.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Reheat time, 15 minutes.
(Can be frozen.)
