Apple Kuchen - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1/2 c. flaked coconut
1 (20 oz.) can pie sliced apples, drained
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sour cream
2 egg yolks or 1 egg
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cut butter into cake mix.
Mix in coconut.
Pat mixture into ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake until lightly browned.
Arrange apples on warm crust.
Mix sugar and cinnamon.
Sprinkle on apples.
Blend sour cream and egg yolks. Drizzle on apples.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Serve warm.
