Cheese Puff Sandwich - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 eggs
3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. dry mustard (if using ham)
1/2 tsp. salt
16 slices white bread
8 slices sharp cheese
8 slices ham, chicken or turkey
2 c. crushed corn flakes
1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation

Cut crusts off bread; butter on one side.
Place 1 slice of bread in well-greased oblong Pyrex dish.
Top with slice of cheese, then ham, chicken or turkey.
Put on remaining slice of bread.
Beat eggs, milk and mustard.
Pour over sandwiches.
Mix flakes in butter; sprinkle on top.
Soak overnight or for about 8 to 10 hours.
Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
