Savory Steak Slices - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. flank steak
    1/3 c. soy sauce
    white wine
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    watercress sprigs
    1/4 c. sliced radishes
    party red bread
Preparation
    Trim fat from steak; cut to 5 inches wide.
    Mix soy sauce and some white wine.
    Marinate meat for 24 hours; turn occasionally. Oil steaks on both sides.
    Place in broiler pan without rack. Broil meat 6 inches from heat for 1 minute on each side.
    Turn steak; broil 5 minutes longer.
    Turn and broil 5 more minutes, or until medium rare.
    Let cool.
    Brush meat with pan juices.
    Chill, lightly covered, until serving time.
    To serve, slice thin. Arrange on platter with watercress and radishes with bread nearby. Use prime or choice grade of beef.
