    4 whole boneless chicken breasts, split
    1/3 c. Dijon mustard
    1 tsp. dried dill weed or 1 Tbsp. fresh dill
    1/4 lb. Swiss cheese slices, no fat
    2 frozen puff pastry sheets, thawed
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. cool water
Preparation
    Between two sheets of wax paper, pound chicken breasts one half inch thickness.
