Pecan Puffs - cooking recipe

3 eggs
pinch of salt
1 c. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

In bowl, beat egg whites and salt until peaks form, about 5 to 8 minutes. Fold in vanilla, pecans and brown sugar. Drop by well rounded teaspoonful onto greased baking sheet. Bake at 200\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes or until firm to the touch. Store in airtight container. Makes 3 dozen.
