Minestra Ai Funghi(Mushroom Soup) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 oz. porcini or ovoli mushrooms or champignon
    6 c. chicken broth
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    salt and freshly ground pepper
    7 oz. dried taglierini
Preparation
    Clean the mushrooms with a cloth to rid them of dirt, but do not wash them.
    Cut into julienne strips.
