Ingredients

4 large onions, sliced thin
1/2 stick butter
3 cans beef broth
2 cans water
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
French bread
Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preparation

Brown onions in butter. Add broth, water and sauce.
Simmer 45 minutes.
Put in ovenproof container.
Add French bread with cheese over top until melted.
