Mashed Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. milk
    1 c. leftover mashed potatoes
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
    dash pepper
    dash garlic powder
Preparation
    In a saucepan, saute the onion in butter until tender. Add milk, potatoes and seasonings. Heat through. Makes 2 servings.
