Dover Slop - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 onion or equivalent onion flakes
    1 can New Orleans-style red kidney beans
    3 to 4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
    ketchup and seasonings
Preparation
    Brown ground beef; drain. Place cubed potatoes in Dutch oven; cover with water. Boil until tender. Leaving potatoes and water in pot, add ground beef, diced onion or flakes, kidney beans, salt, Season-All and ketchup to taste (approximately 1 cup). Simmer 30 minutes.
