Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yeast
5 c. flour
3/4 c. shortening (I use margarine)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. baking powder
3 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. lukewarm water
2 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water.
Sift together dry ingredients.
Cut in shortening.
Add buttermilk and dissolved yeast.
Mix well with large spoon until all flour is moistened. Cover bowl and place in refrigerator.
