Kristy'S Perfectly Peachy Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. milk
    1 small box vanilla pudding (instant)
    egg substitute (equaling 2 eggs)
    1 (8 oz.) container whipped topping
    4 c. mashed peaches
    2 c. sugar
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, pour sugar over mashed peaches.
    Add 1 cup milk and set aside.
    In a large bowl, mix the pudding mix and 3 cups of milk together. Add condensed milk and egg substitute. Fold in whipped topping, a little at a time, until it is mixed in thoroughly.
    Combine peach mixture to pudding mixture and stir together.
    Pour into freezer container and follow freezer directions.
    Makes 4 quarts.
    Leftover ice cream freezes great!
