Baked Cranberries - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. fresh cranberries
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. grated lemon peel
Preparation
    Mash and drain cranberries.
    Turn into a 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with sugar and lemon peel.
    Bake, covered, at 325\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until berries begin to burst.
    Stir well to dissolve sugar.
