Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. pkg. macaroni, cooked
    12 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated (save 1/2 c. to put on top)
    1/2 stick margarine
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 1/2 c. milk
    scant Tbsp. salt
    dash of black pepper
Preparation
    Mix. Pour into large casserole. Sprinkle some of grated cheese on top. Bake about 45 minutes. Check occasionally to see that it is not burning on top. Sometimes I place a piece of foil over it toward the end of the cooking period.
