Pineapple Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can pineapple tidbits
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 tsp. parsley (optional)
    1 tsp. garlic salt or powder
    salt and pepper
    1 egg
    2/3 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1 c. pineapple juice
    2/3 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. white sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Mix and cook until thick. Pour over meatballs in casserole dish. Cover.
    Bake 1 hour in 350\u00b0 oven.
