*Fillings For Lenten Pitas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. onions, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 tsp. paprika
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. tomato paste
    2 Tbsp. rice, uncooked or 1/2 c. cooked
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    In a large saucepan or skillet, saute onions in oil, then add balance of ingredients. Cook until rice is cooked. Cool before using.
