Saw Mill Gravy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 stick margarine
flour
2 sausage patties
water
milk
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

In a black skillet, put margarine.
Let melt over low heat. When melted, add a little flour and sausage patties, that have been cooked, drained and chopped, but do not let flour brown.
You want this to be a white gravy.
Mix and add half water and milk to make gravy as thick or thin as you like.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
