Cauliflower Scallop - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium cauliflower
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of celery soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook cauliflower in boiling salted water for 10 minutes. Drain and arrange in shallow baking dish.
    Combine soup, milk, cheese, salt and pepper; mix well.
    Pour over cauliflower. Sprinkle with buttered bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
