Chinese Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sirloin steak
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. sherry cooking wine
    3 cloves garlic
    1 bunch fresh broccoli
    1/2 c. peanut oil
    1 medium size green pepper, sliced into thin strips
    2 medium onions, thinly sliced and separated into rings
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. water
    hot cooked rice
Preparation
    Partially freeze steak; slice across grain into 3 x 1/4-inch strips.
    Set aside.
    Combine soy sauce, sherry and garlic.
    Mix well.
    Add steak and marinate for 30 minutes.
