Marinated Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5 oz.) bottle soy sauce
    1/2 c. red wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    dash of garlic powder
    dash of onion powder
    1 (3 lb.) boneless rump or chuck roast
Preparation
    Combine first 7 ingredients; mix well and place roast in a shallow dish.
    Pour marinade over roast.
    Cover; marinate for 24 hours in refrigerator, turning once.
    Bake roast in marinade at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
    Remove roast to serving platter.
    Serve with pan drippings.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
