Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Wesson oil
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. vinegar
    2 oz. red food coloring
    2 1/2 c. sifted flour (plain)
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 tsp. cocoa
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix
    all ingredients together and beat well.
    Bake in 2 (9-inch) pans at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
