Apple Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. peeled, coarsely chopped apples
    1 1/4 c. white flour
    3/4 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 c. plus 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 c. canola oil
    1/2 c. skim milk
    2 egg whites
Preparation
    Toss apples with 1/2 cup of white flour and set aside.
    In mixing bowl, combine white flour (remaining), whole wheat flour, 1/2 cup brown sugar, baking powder, salt and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon.
    Add oil, milk and egg whites; stir until all ingredients are moistened.
    Stir in apples.
    Pour batter into a 10-inch round baking pan (nonstick).
    Take the remaining brown sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over coffee.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until done.
