Burger Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    2 c. water
    1 (12 oz.) can cocktail vegetable juice
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    1 c. long grain rice
    1 c. chopped onion
    salt and pepper
    2 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except cheese.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
    Uncover and sprinkle cheese on top.
    Bake for 15 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
