Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. corn meal
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 box light brown sugar
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 or 2 c. pecans
    pie crusts
Preparation
    Mix well.
    Pour into pie crusts.
    Pecans may be in batter or spread on top of pies.
    Bake until brown and firm, 30 or 40 minutes, at 350\u00b0, then reduce to 300\u00b0 for 15 minutes until done. Makes 2 pies.
