Shrimp Stroganoff(Serves 2 To 4 Persons) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 lb. frozen shrimp or fresh
    1 small clove garlic, minced
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    In saucepan, cook onion
    with
    garlic
    in
    butter until tender.
    Blend in soup and\tsour
    cream until smooth.
    Stir in water, shrimp and parsley.\tPut
    lid on and heat until bubbly, stirring often.
    Serve with rice or noodles.
