Ingredients

1 c. water
1/2 tsp. maple flavoring
2 c. sugar
Preparation

Bring water to a boil in a 1-quart saucepan; add sugar and maple flavoring, stirring to dissolve.
Cook 1 to 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat.
Leftover syrup may be stored in refrigerator.
Yields 2 cups.
