Special Salmon Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 salmon or halibut steaks, approx. 8-oz. each
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 green onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/8 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
Preparation
    Place salmon or halibut on lightly greased 8 inch square baking dish; top with butter and lemon juice.
    Combine onion, parsley, garlic salt and lemon pepper, and sprinkle over fish. Bake uncovered at 400\u00b0 for 15-20 minutes, until fish flakes easily with a fork.
    Serves 2.
