Easy Oven Browned Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/4 lb. butter or margarine
1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
4 or 5 quartered potatoes

Preparation

Melt butter and stir in onion soup mix.
Roll potatoes in mixture.
Place in baking dish.
Pour remaining mixture over potatoes.
Cover with lid or foil.
Bake 1 hour at 400\u00b0 until potatoes are easily pierced with fork.
Stir occasionally.
